Ben 10 Alien Force: Vilax Attacks was made by an an independent video game developer based in South California called Papaya Studio Corporation. According to the Internet, a proprietary engine called Papaya Engine V8 was used in the game's making, but unfortunately, the company no longer exists and its website isn't functional anymore, so I can't confirm this information.
