RealPlayer has no built-in function which you can use to save YouTube videos and in this case I think you have mixed up the names of the software. The one which actually allows you to download YouTube videos is named RealDownloader created by the same company which developed RealPlayer. The software will install additional extensions and add-ons for your browsers to make it easier to save videos.
