I want to dub my English video into Hindi. Which tools can I use?
There are quite a few applications that can help you dub videos. I usually use a tool called Reaper, which allows you to record your voice while the video is playing. A non-commercial license costs $60, but it also has a free trial that you can use.
Additionally, you could check out MAGIX Movie Edit Pro or Adobe Audition CC.
