Could you advise me why Dealerlink won't operate on my PC?

Have been instructed to find out why Dealerlink or AS400 won't run on my PC? I have followed the instructions supplied but when installed and the shortcut is clicked on mtn5250: 'Sorry, cannot create a connection to the selected A/S400'. The application is VWGI - Mocha W32 TN5250. The PC is a Core i3 Windows 10 Home 64 bit O/S.

Please advise.

This type of applications don't have public support or documents available because they're available only through partners and support is provided by them. I've searched the web for your inquiry, but couldn't find anything available.

I strongly recommend getting in touch with the developers to ask for support or contact your local partner that is selling the Dealerlink application.
