Change realistic male to female voice in a video file.

I am looking for an application that can change realistic male to the female voice in a video file. I found a lot of apps but they support only audio files.

I don't think you can change the realistic voice male to female without replacing the audio file. You can get someone to record the audio and then you can sync it using advanced video editors to properly assign the audio to the person currently speaking in the video.

I've used Google Search to look for a solution but didn't find anything available.

To manipulate the video and the audio stream, use a capable tool like Adobe Premiere.
