How to enter a new SKU?

I am lead cashier at a full-service car wash, and the woman I replaced was the only one at the wash who knew how to enter in a new SKU. My boss needs to know how to do that and has tasked me with finding out. I was wondering if anyone would be able to tell me how to enter a new SKU or point me in the direction of any resource that could help with my question? Thank you for your time.

Since there is no info about the software on Google or on the official website, I strongly recommend checking the built-in Help section because that's the only place where you might find the necessary instructions on how to add a SKU.

I've checked the official website, but they have other products now. You can contact them, although it might be possible that support for WashSoft to be discontinued.
