We can not recall how to enter the UBD activation code for the US10C-ID device into PayPunch to add it to our other 5 devices we have already.

According to the help guide, you first have to connect to the UBD device to add it to the software and then you can go to Tools > UBD Device to configure advanced parameters. I've checked the Help section and it actually provides enough information to get started or to succeed activating it.

Since I don't have a device, I recommend doing the same. Go to Help > Help and switch to the Search. Type UDB to reveal all the related topics, then you can use that to configure that you need.
