I cannot view my cameras on my iPhone; it's telling me wrong password and user name. What can I do? It was working fine, this happened from one day to the next.
There are two reasons why you can't view the cameras:
The password was actually changed. Reset the camera to factory defaults, then re-configure it using the new items.
The cameras are in an Intranet location which means that you have to forward the ports of the camera for outside connections or simply enable P2P or dynamic DNS (use No-IP.com to assign a custom DNS)
Input the password exactly as you've set it, because if the cameras have a case sensitive input, typing P instead of p will give you errors.
