I get an "Installation failed. Try again?" message.

As it's listed on the support pages, the cause to this issue might be related to the user that is currently logged on. You need Administrator privileges in order to launch and finish the installation on your PC.

Simply log-in with a user that has administrative rights, then right click the installer and choose Run as Administrator.
