We have inactivated an account and now can't find it at all in the system. Is there any way for us to find it, in case we need to look back in the file in the future?

Although the official website is still working, no support is provided for public. To obtain support for this application, the support form has to be downloaded and filled. It's a tedious process, but since there is no other way to obtain additional help for Autumn8, this is the procedure.
