No, there is no version of Kochbuch that will run over a Windows network. I've visited the official website to check its features, but there was no network support.
On the other side, the software supports syncing, which means you can use the web version to upload the recipes and then assign a SYNCRO code to keep the same recipe box on the same computer.
You need to install the PC/MAC OSX application first from the official website and then go to File > Setup synchronization.
