I don't think the software even works anymore since there is no information about it in terms of compatibility, Skyper version support or anything related to updates, bug fixes and troubleshooting. It appears it has been discontinued for a while making it impossible to provide any information or details regarding its functionality.
If you still have the setup package, then I recommend you reinstall the software again. It's not recommended, but you can remove the previous version installed first and then use the setup package.
