As far as I know, the converter is designed to work together with Microsoft Office applications, not as a standalone tool. However, if you're looking for its installation folders there are two of them at these addresses:
- C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\TextConv\WksConv
- C:\Program Files (x86)\MSECache\WorksConv.en-us
The second one is just the installer's location. In case your Windows is installed on a different partition, replace C:\ with the letter for that drive.
