Unfortunately, YG-POS will always be an application in Korean. There is no setting or instruction on how to change the built-in language for interface and settings. I've accessed the official website and its entire page is in Korean without any possibility to change the language.
You'll have to use other application since it's not possible to change the language. Access this search result query to download other applications from the same category.
