Correction to posted batches.

Question

I recently found out that 2 donors have been using the same number so I now need to make corrections to batches posted for 2016 – change amounts and add amounts. I am not able to access Help from the Geminon software because I upgraded my computer to Windows 10 and it does not support Geminon Help. I get the following error message: Error opening Help in Windows-based programs: “Feature not included” or “Help not supported”.

Please let me know (“like yesterday”) how to make the necessary corrections. I need to print donations tax receipts by Tuesday, February 14 so I can give them to the Treasurer to sign and return to me to begin distribution of receipts to donors starting February 19th.

Geminon Software - Church Edition is a discontinued application. There is no trace of it in terms of software or website availability. However, to access the built-in Help section, install Help Explorer and you'll have the possibility to load CHM or HLP files. After Help Explorer is installed, open it and go to File > Open then locate the desired file and it should load. I couldn't find anything else about the procedure mentioned by you.
