Open files component is not working.

I have been using this program for years and it works very well until a while ago, one feature I liked a lot was I was able to see open files under that heading but after several updates (and yes I even went as far as doing a complete uninstall using a third party uninstaller in the end) it no long displays anything. I have Windows 10 64 bit Home edition and run SI from an Admin account, I even select run as Admin to be sure, any idea why it is not working, I have the latest edition 7.1.0.5359, not sure if 32bit or 64bit architecture makes any difference, I use to run this on an old computer system with 32 bit architecture.
