I am afraid that this feature is not yet available for Quickoffice. As seen on the support forums for the applications, many users complain that this is a lacking feature that needs to be implemented as soon as possible because it's a must.
The only remaining thing now is to transfer the PDF file to a computer and complete the form using Adobe Reader or a compatible application.
