Can't access Minerva'a Support Section.

Minerva Health Technologies software; Minerva Health Manager, is down and I cannot access their support online.

I don't think this product is available anymore because I've checked the official website and it appears that something else is displayed on the website that has no connection whatsoever with the Minerva Health Manager.

If you have the application installed, then wait for the website to come back online in case a different URL is used.

Secondly, contact your local Administrator, maybe he has some info about this situation.

This company left us high and dry without any notification of them shutting down their site. You can't even run the program anymore because their software must access their website in order to work. With that said, I had to find another health program because my Minerva database is no longer any good. I HATE it when a software company registers a program to check for authenticity on their site just to run the program that I purchased. MyMinerva company should be found and somehow punished for our losses. This was an excellent program but now is TOTALLY useless. BUYER BEWARE!!!
