EPG is displayed in Chinese instead of English.

EPG information displays in Chinese language not English language in my Total Media.

If the software is in Chinese, then the EPG should be in Chinese as well and vice-versa. Open the software and then consult the settings to see if you can change the EPG to the desired language. However, since EPG is provided over the air, it might be possible that the language doesn't depend on the software, but on the TV network that's airing it.

Check the settings of the software and then contact the cable company to ask for additional information, because Total Media might be a good application after all.

Hi I am having this issue also, I have made sure the region setting is correct (I am in the UK).
The strange thing is that some program listings are English while others are all Chinese characters.
