Canofile image not loading.

Question

We currently use the Canofile for Windows to scan documents. We are able to scan in documents and view the images right after they're scanned, but the moment you close it out and search for it, it will not let you click on the image to view it. I know its there because it shows the number of pages that was originally scanned. It pops up with an error box but doesn't say what the error message is. Any ideas? We're not sure if it's corrupt.

This error happens because you don't have a compatible image viewer to open the file properly or the scanned file is in a format known and compatible only with Canofile.

If you scanned the file to PDF, then use the following application: http://adobe-acrobat-reader-dc.software.informer.com/

For images, install XnView as it's compatible with a wide range of files: http://xnview.software.informer.com/
