Using existing software on new computer running Windows 10.

Question

I have the software for the Mindfit Brain power fitness program. I have not used it for a couple of years, and now have a new computer using Windows 10. When I typed in my personal code to commence using the program I was told I was not registered for this computer. How can I start up the program on my new compute? Do you need to send me a new personal code?

Unfortunately, there isn't anyone available to send you a new personal code because this application is discontinued for a long time. I've accessed what it appears to be the official website, but a generic search page is displayed instead. Most likely, the code expired after it has been used a couple of times. This happens with serial numbers and it's up to the developer's choice to set an expiration limit or not.
