You've probably downloaded an unsupported application because I've performed various search queries and didn't find anything about the software. If you have issues with it, go to Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall a program. Locate it in the list and start the uninstall procedure, but this time choose Repair, then wait and when it finishes test its functionality.
Additionally, download other DVD rippers that are still available and compatible with the latest versions of Windows.
