My copy of PDF Import (Draftsight) has stopped working after Windows Update (January 2017). It has queried the Product Key, which, when entered, claims maximum numbers of licenses reached.
Has anyone else experienced this? Let me know, please.
This happened because the upgrade probably wiped the registration that. It doesn't matter if you have a valid serial number as that activation was lost when the upgrade started. I suggest you get in touch with the developers of the application to explain the situation. They will probably invalidate that activation and then you can use Draftsight again without limitations.
