I got instructions from you yesterday, but cannot get the disc to register on my computer. Microsoft suggested I need an updated download. The one I purchased is: version 5.5.
This question has already been tackled here. Follow the instructions on the previous answer in order to learn how to launch the application when it refuses to load automatically.
Also, if it's on CD/DVD, then a CD/DVD-Rom is necessary.
