Using Microsoft Works with Open Office or Libre Office.

Question

I am running Microsoft Works 7 on a Windows 10 operating system. Can the Microsoft Works files be opened with either Open Office or Libre Office?

After I tested both suites, I come to the conclusion that you can partially open Microsoft Works files only in Libre Office since it has support for Microsoft Works files in WPS format as you can see below.
