I cannot find how to add a contact. The lady is in Colombia I have her email and full name.

It's impossible to say how to add more people in your contact list since the software simply refuses to register. I've installed the app on my phone, then tried to register but I always get a Connection Refused message meaning that it has some problems at this time.
