Money Counts is an unsupported product because there won't be any update to enhance its compatibility with Windows 10. I've read various reports where users said that after they've upgraded to Windows 7, Money Counts refused to work anymore and virtual machines have been invoked.
Therefore, you can install Windows 10 as your primary OS, but Windows XP is needed to run this application in a virtual machine. You can use VirualBox for this operation. An original Windows XP ISO or DISC is necessary to complete the installation.
On a side note, use something else instead, like QuickBooks which is similar to Money Counts but updated to work on latest Windows versions.
