Does Avast Customer Services exist?

I have been a valued Avast Antivirus user and enthusiast for the past decade, to say the least. I think it is a remarkable antivirus software, but all of a sudden I can't access the software. When I click on the Avast icon, a small grey box appears and asks for a password, my password. I have exhausted every possible option I know. I have not been hacked, by the way, because this is on Avast's end. This is the sixth message in detail that I've send to Avast and still no answers.
