There are no instructions on how to properly activate the software, but based on my experience with apps I know that in order to register an application, a serial number is required. Make sure that you have one ready to enter it into the registration window. Now, in most of the cases you can activate the registration window through the Help > Register or Help > Activate.
This is the only thing I have found about the software is a website that only contains a very small description and that's it.
