Does Windows 10 support Sierra Home Print Artist 12.0?
In no way Print Artist 12 will work with the Windows 10. Not even the version Platinum 25 is compatible with Windows 10. The latest one is Windows 8, but I believe you can work with it on Windows 10 as well.
You could try the Print Shop application as alternative to Print Artist which is somehow the same thing only with advanced and more features available: http://www.broderbund.com/p-868-the-print-shop-deluxe-40.aspx
