The NIV Bible Offline is a mobile version of the bible that is available for installation on Android and iOS mobile operating systems. I've searched for additional versions of NIV Bible Offline that works on Windows OS, but it doesn't actually exist.
If you want to run it, install NOX or Bluestacks and then you can get the app running in that environment.
Note: You need a Gmail account to sign into the emulators to be able to install NIV Bible Offline.
