EFLC.exe - Ordinal not found.

How do I solve this please? I have finished installing Grand Theft Auto IV, but can't open. It always brings me this message ''The ordinal 5371 could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Program File\Grand Theft Auto IV - Episodes From Liberty City\EFLC.exe".

Grand Theft Auto IV EFLC is using Microsoft Live, an older platform and the error is caused by the lack of this application. In the setup folder of GTA you should find a redistributable folder as well. Install everything from that folder, update the drivers for your PC and install DirectX 9.0c June 2010 and the game will start properly without errors.
