Problem with Real Estate Assistant program.

I have used the Real Estate Assistant program for many years with the last REA version dated 2001 - which I have. Now I'm having problems: the program won't allow me to run the check up function. Now I can't use the multiple letter function with Microsoft Word. Upon entry it comes back with a pre-printed message instead of a blank message screen. It also refuses to let me run a checkup on the REA program. Can this problem be solved?

Real Estate Assistant is not an available application anymore. I've checked their official website and it appears it's actually RealNex. I've used their support pages to look for REA and I didn't find anything.

The only thing I could recommend is to reinstall the software and then check the available options. Secondly, if it requires wide system access, run the software as Administrator.
