This is an add-on that can be installed only through the Steam Workshop. You have to visit the link posted below and be logged with your Steam username. Afterwards, press the Subscribe button and the option to download the add-on will be available on the same page.
After this procedure, the game will give you the option to play this mod, or select servers that have this mod installed.
