Resetting username and password.

I have Infinova ver.2216 safety cameras setup and wish to change the username and password as the company that setup the cameras went bankrupt and I am unable to get the server up and running. Can you help?

To change the password, a user has to connect to each camera manually by typing the camera's IP address in the browser, then one of the two login IDs has to be used.

Depending on your needs, you ca login with :

  • User: INFINOVA, password: INFINOVA
  • User: Administrator, password: Infinova

You can change the password using the Administrator account only.
