What are the default user name and password of PhilCRIS? I can't open it. Thanks in advance.
I believe that you have to contact the developers in order to find out how to log-in into the application. Based on what I saw, it appears there is no public username and password. You will have to register with the National Statistics Office in order o obtain a user and password and then you can log-in.

After installing the Server Version login using User: admin Password: admin123. Then add new user.
