If I were you, I would ask for a refund because this type of applications do more harm than good. I don't thing the software will ever fix anything. However, if you believe it is worth installing, then you must know that Stability Check will test all the hardware in your computer. It will stress it to see how it responds to various situations. You should leave it like that until it finishes, but there are better tools to stress-test your hardware/PC.
If the software doesn't respond, then close it and restart it but this time use Run as Administrator after you right click it.
