Unable to display the manual.

After unzipping I loaded the program normally, but when loading the manual, Adobe asks for you to load a Japaness font to display the manual. Is there another version in English? I never programmed before so really need the manual.

I couldn't download a manual for this device, but I've found one online that can be previewed inside your browser. The manual is hosted on ManualOwl, a website that stores manuals for different applications and devices.

Access the following link, then click the manual and the integrated browser will be displayed allowing you to browse through the pages.

I have had a look at the manual on manualowl which is the same as  my manual I have for
the UBCT8.

What I need is the "Uniden programming software" referred to in the UBCT8 manual
which also has a manual for the use of the programming software. It says the software is
supplied by Uniden.
The software is to enable programming frequencies and remote operation of the radio.

I hope you or someone may be able to help me
