Not all apps are available on these emulators launched on PC nowadays. I've visited their website and accessed their forums, but users complain about this game as well. You can't install Pokemon Go and even if you'd succeed, the game won't start properly.
Instead use Nox Player because it supports Pokemon Go and it also has virtual location so you can move freely around the map.
