Nokia Data Package Manager Lite: can't see it anywhere on my laptop.

I've downloaded Nokia Data Package Manager Lite, but I can't see it anywhere on my laptop. Do I have to install anything else?

You can find the application in Program Files or Program Files (x86) if it's not a dedicated 64bit application. The folder will be Nokia or Nokia Corporation. For newer versions of Windows you can simply use Start > Search then type Nokia or Manager and the executable of the application will be revealed.

Additionally, reinstall the application but this time do it using Run as Administrator.
