I've looked for this application, but no results could be found, therefore I must say that any device that has Windows installed can run this program.It doesn't have special needs to run, only a computer that it's running Windows XP minimum or higher.
Secondly, for newer operating systems like Windows 7 and above, you have to run the program in compatibility mode.
Right click the installer/executable file and choose Properties > Compatibility. Select Windows XP from the list and then launch the application. Eventually, tick the Run as Administrator option.
