You need to check the built-in help section of the software because I couldn't find anything available related to this issue. Most likely, something isn't configured properly which means that you have to go back to the Settings menu o check the available options. Also this could be the way the application is configured and it adds zeroes because of that.
I've tried downloading what you've said, but didn't find anything or an available installer on 3rd party websites.
