Does Farkle require Internet to play after download?

Once the game has been downloaded, SOLO PLAY is available or you can play with other online, but for that the Tams11 client needs to be downloaded as well.

Also, the online option is subscription-based which means that you have to pay for a subscription in order to play with other players.
