This application doesn't appear to have support anymore, therefore I believe that your error is local since it works on other computers, but not on this one. I suspect the cause to be local permissions. If you're using a Windows versions higher than Windows XP, then the next time you start it, right click its desktop shortcut and select Run as Administrator.
When you launch the software as Administrator it also means that you give it full permission to access the files from PC.
