Will Smead Viewables work on Windows 10?

I don't think the software is available for Windows 10, because I've visited the homepage of this software and found out that the developers provide the software in form of an online service. I've used the Guest option presented on their website and I could access the software but with web controls. You can do so using the link posted below.

I have Windows 10 and I tried to print my labels from the online label creation site. The request fails every time. What is up with that? Do I have to send these labels back?
