You can use the an online script to load your image and then apply some sketch to. For this operation, you could use Photofunia. You can access it through the link posted below.
You could also use applications for Android that are from the image editing category, because most of them have the sketch feature implemented as well. However, I've tested Photofunia and it works quite well.
