This software was meant only for the Windows PCs. To find if the software is available for iOS, then access the manufacturer's website and look through the download section to find if there is any software for the iOS operating system.
But for CCTV cameras, you can simply use other applications available within the App Store. Simply search for CCTV camera viewer and I believe there are already apps available for your devices.
