I have been using The Budgerigar Program on Windows 7, but when I reloaded it on Windows 10 I only get the icon and then it completely freezes. I have to use the Task manager to close it.
This happens because the game/software is not compatible with Windows 10 and although you can install it, its functionality is drastically reduced since it lacks support for this particular operating system.
I've installed the application from its official website and it appears that it's working just fine on Windows 10 64bit.
The only thing you have to do is to run the installation program as Administrator. Right click the setup package that can be downloaded from the link below and that's it, follow the install instruction.
