Q/S 1.0 Support Library window.

I have installed the update on our main image and I am still being prompted with the following message box, which causes a delay of anywhere from 10 seconds to 30 seconds when users try to login.

Is there anyway to make this message go away, or do we need to upgrade our client version?

Any assistance would be helpful.

I've encountered the same issue as you and the only way for me to get rid of that message is to reinstall the MSI installer and completely wipe the software that was causing problems. After the MSI installer has been reinstalled and the software reinstalled as well, the message didn't appear anymore.

Use CCleaner to clean the obsolete registry entries, then reinstall the applications.
