The Cisco VideoGuard Player is not available for public downloading or testing. I am saying this because I've checked the official website and looked through the download page but only PDF files were found without any lead to the software. Because of that I must conclude that Cisco VideoGuard Player appears to be an application that isn't supported on x64 bit. However, if you have the setup package, then you can proceed with the installation on a 64bit architecture.
You'll get a message in case the software is not supported on that platform.
